Returns & Refunds Policy

At Little Gypsy Oils, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at sales@LittleGypsyOils.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

We will provide return instructions, including a shipping address.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right.

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
