1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options:
· Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Based on location
· Express Shipping (1–3 business days): Based on location
· Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons or due to courier delays.
3. Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the continental USA. If your location is not listed at checkout, we unfortunately do not ship there yet.
4. International Shipping (if applicable)
We offer international shipping to select countries.
International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to monitor the delivery status.
6. Shipping Issues or Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect address submissions.
Please contact the carrier first for lost or delayed shipments. We’re happy to help if needed.
